Today is a snow day. It has been a rough year, a rough 2 years, a rough decade. I’m afraid to talk about it, but here goes. I can’t say exactly when my first cleanse was, (actually I could) or what exactly happened since. My dad died this August. It has not been easy. It has taken its toll on my body. I have been very aware of it, but I wasn’t always able to make the changes I’ve needed to make.

I went to visit dad. It wasn’t so bad. I also ate alot. Much of it was fun but by the end I felt stuffed. I’m not sure this post is a good idea but I have to start somewhere.
